Making Your Pet Feel Like Family

The first thing to remember is to treat your pet as if he/she is one of the children or your family They need a lot of love and care, and in return they are very loyal.

I have an Australian Blue Heeler dog that I keep inside and the house does not smell like we even have a dog. I don=t spend a lot of time with her, but I do bathe her every couple of days.

When l give her a bath, I use flea & tick shampoo. However, after that I use my shampoo to make her smell better. Then I use my conditioner, which makes her hair very shiny, I even, at times, spray body spray on her. This really makes her smell nice.

I try to spend about an hour each day, playing or just talking to her. This make her feel like she's very important to us!
